Our standards are high, so to achieve the best possible print output we will work closely with our customers to ensure their artwork meets the specifications required.  


We prefer to receive artwork in as near to ‘print ready’ form as possible, whilst recognising that final sizing, and possibly adding bleeds and crop marks, is something our customers may prefer to leave to us. This free of charge service is relatively quick for us to do alongside the checking process and is the reason we request files, preferably pdf, in an editable uncompressed format. A PDF artwork proof is supplied free of charge, for customer approval, prior to printing any product.

Artwork templates are available for the majority of our standard products and can be emailed on request. Trade customers with an on-line account can access these directly from the 'Resources' section of our website if preferred.


Don’t have easy access to artwork services? Don’t worry. Our artwork team, using the latest Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop software, can generate artwork from scratch - whether for a 50m banner or 50mm label. The guidelines include our competitive hourly rates for graphic design time.


Many of our products offer a printing discount on multiple quantities of the same product with different artworks. You can take advantage of this discount by adding these to the same order on our website and uploading all artwork files at the checkout.
