Trade Delivery Options
Parcel deliveries:
We have two standard parcel delivery service options available for stock/ready to ship product in our warehouse:
- Next day delivery – order by 4pm for same-day despatch and next working day delivery.
- Standard/economy – 2-3 working days from date of order.
Saturday delivery or next day by 10am or 12 noon express delivery upgrades are available at additional cost.
Palletised deliveries:
Where it is sensible to do so, for cost saving and/or order size reasons, palletised delivery will be recommended. This will be discussed with you at the time of order.
A next day service is standard. Economy 2-3 day, AM, PM and timed delivery options are available.
Overseas delivery:
Call your account manager or our customer service team to discuss options available.
Plain label or customer issued labelling:
Plain label shipping or customer issued labelling is available to facilitate any drop-ship delivery if required.
Collections:
Alternatively orders can be collected from our warehouse between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday but must be pre-booked or agreed at time of placing order.
