1. Non‑Discrimination
No discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics. Employment decisions are based solely on objective criteria .
2. No Forced Labour
Strict prohibition of forced, bonded, indentured labour, or human trafficking. Employees are free to leave their workplace at shift end signwaves.co.uk.
3. No Child Labour
We do not employ individuals under age 15 or the national legal minimum—whichever is higher. Hazardous work restricted to those 18+. Any cases of child labour trigger a tailored remediation plan signwaves.co.uk.
4. Freedom of Association & Collective Bargaining
Employees have the right to join or form trade unions and participate in collective bargaining without fear of retaliation .
5. Harassment-Free Workplace
No tolerance for physical, verbal, sexual, psychological harassment, bullying, or threats in any form signwaves.co.uk.
6. Working Hours, Benefits & Wages
- Adherence to legal standards on wages, working hours, breaks, and benefits
- Standard weekly working hours not to exceed 60 (including overtime.)
- At least one rest day every seven days
- Overtime paid, wage deductions only allowed by law

7. Leave Entitlements
Employees are entitled to sick leave, annual leave, and parental leave, per legal requirements, without risk of dismissal signwaves.co.uk.

Policy Deviations & Review
- No exemptions allowed unless formally requested and documented
- All deviations logged and assessed individually signwaves.co.uk
- Policy reviewed regularly and updated in line with legal/industry changes; English version is authoritative
