For artwork submission, we prefer editable, uncompressed high-resolution PDF files. We also accept Adobe Illustrator (AI, SVG, EPS), InDesign, and Photoshop (PSD) formats. Please ensure all images are embedded at 300dpi, 100% scale, and in CMYK color mode. All fonts should be outlined or supplied for best print results

You can upload artwork files directly via your online account when placing an order. Alternatively, email files under 5MB to orders@signwaves.co.uk. For larger files, please use a secure file transfer service like WeTransfer for smooth delivery.
