Banner Materials

A wide range of flexible media up to 300 micron thick can be used with Eco Roll-Up Banners. For print quality, strength and dimensional stability, we recommend using 125-150 micron polyester based films with light block layer or backing and matt white face (e.g. K Opaljet 125). As light cannot penetrate the media, displays in mixed lighting conditions appear brighter and with greater impact. Flexible, reinforced PVC banner materials have a textured surface and/or incorporate polymers which can react with the adhesive tape and therefore should be avoided.
