Vacancy for Business Development Manager

A tremendous opportunity has arisen, both in professional and career terms, to play a key role in the future development of this market-leading company, which specialises in signage, print and creative point-of-sale products and displays.

You must be a genuine business developer, able to build strong relationships with selected clients and win new business. 

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position calls for a sound grasp of sales and marketing principles. An understanding of print and related manufacturing processes and materials would be advantageous. 

You will be responsible for your own personal target, ensuring it is met through profitable sales to new clients as well as developing named existing accounts.

You need to be able to present evidence that:

  • You are a strong relationship builder - with both external and internal customers
  • You are able to work effectively and energetically on a sustained day to day basis
  • You have flair and commercial acumen
  • You are looking for stability and longevity in your career
  • You are prepared to ‘roll up your sleeves’ in order to maximise your results and your success

Salary: £26k per annum, with uncapped commission. OTE (year 1) estimated at £30 – 35k
